Man, that was really a great race night.

Q:5
well the first 6 positions were very close to each other and it showed again how short a 10min qualifying session can be. You just begin to have fun and then bam, it's over.

R1:3
After a great start got to the 3rd position and after a short fight let Raimund pass, only to get under pressure from Max. He was getting close on some of the hard braking zones and which in effect ended me being hit from behind, was spun halfways only to be kept on the track by Marko's car. So I had to keep fighting in 6th. I was able to keep up with Max, Christian and Marko, only to see Marko and then later Max and Colin give me some space so I regained p3. Then I only had to keep Mike behind me and bring it home.

R2:3
Starting in 6th wasn't that bad but everyone was having a go at the guy in front of him and the first laps were full of close action. I slid back to 7th, then 8th... I had to overtake Adrian and then Nicolae to get into 4th. And then I 'only' had to keep the pace with Raimund, Christian ahead of me for the last lap drama: Christian went wide and I got to get 3rd.

Once again it was proven that slow is fast and that one has to use P2P very wisely.

Thanks mates.

Enjoyed the races Gentlemen and congratulations to Perez and Haas for the wins.

As to my races, in the 1st race I discovered that I didn't have PTP so I had a little disadvantage there but I don't think I could have caught Albertini even if I had had it. I really wanted to get on that podium but he was just too smooth and mistake free so I finished in P4. Corrected my key mapping issue in time for the 2nd race so that I had PTP but that one didn't go so well. My sincere apologies to Nicolae for the bump in turn 1. Just couldn't brake quite quick enough to keep from tapping your bumper. I waited for you to get back on track but that's little compensation for causing you to lose the P1 you had at the time.

Rest of the race didn't go too well for me either after getting knocked off track myself and ending up in P11 at one point, eventually getting back to finish in P8. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Zolder!

Here's my video of the race
