Driver Briefing - Round 2
This is an overview of the driver briefing in text format. All drivers must be in the pre-race briefing voice channel by 15 minutes before the Qualifying session is due to commence.
THE TRACK

Suzuka, in Japan, is one of the most difficult racing tracks in the world. It is a technically, physically and mentally challenging race circuit. Nevertheless, the track is one of the favourites among drivers and is one of few circuits in the world to have a figure-of-eight layout, meaning the circuit runs both clockwise and anti-clockwise.

STEWARDS ADVICE
Red Flag: No
The opening sector is quite flowing & predictable in terms of pace so drivers main focus should be on spacial awareness. Expect early braking events at both Degners & Dunlop hairpin.
A reminder that Lap 1 penalties are increased for repeat offenders, with a NQ penalty awaiting after 3 incidents.
Good luck to all drivers. Any question? Please do ask in the series chat channel on Discord.
